Registration Information
Early Registration Period - May 20th thru June 8th, 2024 (Registration Fee = $130)
Priority Registration Period - June 9th thru July 13th, 2024 (Registration Fee = $140)
Late Registration Period - July 14th thru July 26th, 2024 (Registration Fee = $165)
In-Person Registration will be held at the Moss Wright Soccer Complex in the conference room adjacent to the concession stand on the following dates:
1. July 6th, 2024 (10:00 AM to Noon)
2. July 13th, 2024 (10:00 AM to Noon)
Players that are able to reuse their previous uniform will receive a $20 uniform discount. This discount has doubled for the Fall 2024 season.
Families with more than one player participating with MTFC will receive a $10 per child discount for player 2, 3, 4, etc.
Schedule Information
Coaches Meeting - July 27th, 2024 at 10:00 AM. The coaches meeting will be held at the Moss Wright Soccer Complex conference room adjacent to the concession stand. All volunteers interested in being a head coach or assistant coach are expected to attend.
CPR / AED Training to be held for all coaches (Tuesday, July 30th from 5:30 - 7:00 PM at the Delmas Long Community Center)
Practice schedule posted to the league website – Week of July 29th, 2024.
Coaches Clinic for all volunteer coaches - Scheduled for Saturday, August 3rd, 2024 @ 10:00 AM at the Moss Wright Park Soccer Complex.
Practices begin either August 5th or 6th, 2024 depending on the age division. The practice schedule for each division will be posted to the league website. You will NOT be contacted by a coach prior to attendance at the first division practice. All players within a given division will practice at the same time. The first several weeks of practices will be used for evaluation of players for all age divisions other than U4 and U5. The U4 and U5 team assignments will be determined by the league without evaluations after the first week of practices.
Team selection - August 17th, 2024 (Coaches only)
Release of rosters - August 18th, 2024
Uniform Distribution – August 19th, 20th, 22nd and 23rd from 5:30 to 7:30 PM under the green patio cover adjacent to the concession stand.
The exact practice schedule will be announced as soon as possible. Currently the schedule will match the Spring 2024 practice schedule with the only change anticipated to the U11-U12 division. The U11-U12 division will move to Mondays and Thursday at 7:00 PM.
Practices continue in accordance with the division practice schedule for the entirety of the season.
Game Dates (U4 thru U13-U15)
- Game 1 - August 24th
- Game 2 - August 31st
- Game 3 - September 7th
- Game 4 - September 14th
- Game 5 - September 23rd or 24th
- Game 6 - September 28th
- Game 7 - October 19th
- Game 8 - November 2nd
Game Dates (High School) - The high school game schedule does not follow the rest of the league and will be communicated by your coach.
Rainout / Make-up Dates (if necessary) - In the event that practices are rained out, they will NOT be rescheduled. Make-up games will be played on September 15th, September 29th, October 20th, and November 3rd if necessary. Make-up games on Sunday will not begin before 1:00 PM.
Picture Day - MTFC has elected to forgo a formal picture day.
There will be no MTFC recreational practices October 7th-11th due to Sumner County Fall Break. Additionally there will be no practices on September 20th due to a tournament at the fields and October 31st due to Halloween.
Equipment Needs:
All players will need cleats, shin guards, and a ball. Shin guards are required at all practices and games. The ball size required for each division is as follows:
U4 -U6 - Size 3
U7/U8 - U11/U12 - Size 4
U13-U15 & High School - Size 5

*All age groups are based on historical enrollment numbers. MTFC reserves the right to adjust the number and make-up of all divisions based on the number of registered players. These decisions will be made by the League President and the MTFC Board and will be communicated to the league participants.
