Registration Information
Early Registration Period - May 24th thru June 7th, 2025 (Registration Fee = $135)
Priority Registration Period - June 8th thru July 19th, 2025 (Registration Fee = $145)
Late Registration Period - July 20th thru August 2nd, 2025 (Registration Fee = $170)
In-Person Registration will be held at the Moss Wright Soccer Complex in the conference room adjacent to the concession stand on the following dates:
1. June 28th, 2025 (Time TBD)
2. July 19th. 2025 (Time TBD)
Players that are able to reuse their previous uniform will receive a $20 uniform discount.
Families with more than one player participating with MTFC will receive a $10 per child discount for player 2, 3, 4, etc.
Schedule Information
Coaches Meeting - July 26th, 2025 at 10:00 AM. The coaches meeting will be held at the Moss Wright Soccer Complex conference room adjacent to the concession stand. All volunteers interested in being a head coach or assistant coach are expected to attend.
CPR / AED Training to be held for all coaches (July 31st, 2025 from 5:45 - 6:45 PM @ the Delmas Long Community Center, 200 Memorial Drive, Goodlettsville, TN 37072)
Coaches Clinic for all volunteer coaches - Scheduled for Saturday, August 2nd, 2025 @ 10:00 AM at the Moss Wright Park Soccer Complex.
Practices begin on August 4th or 5th depending on the age division. The practice schedule for each division will be posted to the league website. You will NOT be contacted by a coach prior to attendance at the first division practice. All players within a given division will practice at the same time. The first several weeks of practices will be used for evaluation of players for all age divisions other than U4 and U5. The U4 and U5 team assignments will be determined by the league without evaluations after the first week of practices.
Team selection - August 16th, 2025 (Coaches only)
Release of rosters - August 17th, 2025
Uniform Distribution – August 18th, 19th, 21st and 22nd (if needed) from 5:30 to 7:30 PM under the green patio cover adjacent to the concession stand.
The exact practice schedule will be announced as soon as possible. Currently the schedule will match the Spring 2025 practice schedule.
Practices continue in accordance with the division practice schedule for the entirety of the season.
Game Dates (U4 thru U13-U15)
- Game 1 - August 23rd
- Game 2 - August 30th
- Game 3 - September 6th
- Game 4 - September 13th
- Game 5 - September 22nd and 23rd
- Game 6 - September 27th
- Game 7 - October 18th
- Game 8 - November 1st
**Game play starts at 9:00 AM on a typical Saturday. The games on August 23rd will not begin until 1:00 PM due to a 5K race in the park.
Game Dates (High School) - The high school game schedule does not follow the rest of the league and will be communicated by your coach.
Rainout / Make-up Dates (if necessary) - In the event that practices are rained out, they will NOT be rescheduled. Make-up games will be played on September 14th, September 28th, October 19th, and November 2nd if necessary. Make-up games on Sunday will not begin before 1:00 PM.
Picture Day - MTFC has elected to forgo a formal picture day.
There will be no MTFC recreational practices October 6th - 10th due to Sumner County Spring Break. Additionally there will be no practices on September 5th and September 19th due to a tournaments at the fields. Lastly there will be no practices on October 31st due to Halloween.
Equipment Needs:
All players will need cleats, shin guards, and a ball. Shin guards are required at all practices and games. The ball size required for each division is as follows:
U4 -U6 - Size 3
U7/U8 - U11/U12 - Size 4
U13-U15 & High School - Size 5

*All age groups are based on historical enrollment numbers. MTFC reserves the right to adjust the number and make-up of all divisions based on the number of registered players. These decisions will be made by the League President and the MTFC Board and will be communicated to the league participants.
