In the event of a player or parent having a problem, grievance, or complaint,
the immediate first step should be to attempt resolution with the Coach or Division Director.
In the event an issue can’t be resolved via communication with the above sources a formal
written complaint should be forwarded to the Director of Recreational Play.
To be accepted for review, the written complaint must include:
- submitter’s name
- complete address
- daytime/evening phone number
- players team & coaches name
- a detailed outline of the issue
- a recommendation for resolving the issue
Complaints will be reviewed at the next scheduled Board of Directors meeting. Submitters should receive a written response on the issue within 10 days of review by the Board of Directors.
